Evan is a serial entrepreneur, practicing executive coach and adjunct Professor at Mount Royal University Bissett School of Business, in addition to being a mentor and angel investor to many startups.
As the founder of many successful startups including OmniLogic, MapleMusic, Ideaca and HiveHive, Evan is very active in the Canadian startup community as a director on the boards of Innovate Calgary, the A100 and Startup Calgary. As an inspiring speaker, Evan regularly presents on organizational culture, creativity and innovation at startup events and for many large organizations including Microsoft, SAP, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master of Engineering from the University of Alberta (Canada). Jane brings her experience as a Certified Executive Coach and management consultant with over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of disciplines, industries and capacities.
She has dedicated her career to developing businesses and growing professional staff as demonstrated by being one of the original founders of the management and technical consulting firm Ideaca (now Hitachi Business Solutions). As a member of the executive leadership team, she lead the business through significant growth and transformation from a startup to a national firm. Previously Jane was a PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting Director and Management Consultant. Jane has spent a lifetime coaching and mentoring young athletes as a nationally certified figure and power skating coach and maintains involvement in sport boards. Her current passion, Cycling Without Age, has blossomed into a national success providing outdoor cycling experiences for those with limited mobility. |

As an accomplished leader and life-long learner, Nancy shares her knowledge and experience through mentoring and coaching relationships honed from a career of exciting corporate roles as well as challenging, but rewarding client engagements.
She is a senior advisor, facilitator and coach with over 25 years leading professional services teams, programs and projects. This includes IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a director and partner. From start-ups to large multinational firms, Nancy brings vast experience across many industries with a genuine passion for helping people, organizations and teams achieve their fullest potential. Along with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University, Nancy is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). Andrea develops and supports a culture of change and continuous improvement by combining her two passions - storytelling and organizational effectiveness
She is the consummate leader, project manager, and coach with over 20 years of experience leading professional teams, programs and projects in the broadcast and communications sectors. Most recently, Andrea was responsible for developing and executing a strategy to improve employability outcomes for graduate students across all disciplines as the Project Manager of the Professional Development Grant with the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research at the University of Alberta. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honors Psychology) from the University of Alberta, and a Master’s Degree (Journalism) from the University of Western Ontario. As well, she is Prosci® Change Management Certified, and has earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University. |
