Team Dynamics

Do you need to bring together a new team?  Or invigorate an existing team?  
Look no further than our highly successful Team Dynamics Program utilizing SDI®, a unique self awareness and team effectiveness tool. Within our cients, hundreds of participants have experienced its powerful results to hone the art of effective conversations.
The Program:
Objectives
  • Utilize the SDI® tools to gain a better understanding of self and other team members. 
  • Help team members apply this awareness so that they may choose to be more effective in relationships.
  • Enhance a manager’s ability to lead
  • Provide interaction, tips and advice in the areas of communication, conflict and emotional intelligence
Intended Outcomes:
  • Reduce the ‘costs’ of conflict due to stronger understanding of self and others.
  • Increased performance levels, morale and individual self worth.
  • Trusting team climate that experiences the positive side effects of a cohesive team​​
Total Time commitment:  Tailored to client needs
Hands-on format includes presentation of content, group discussions, group & individual exercises (in-class) and assignments (‘homework’), take-away readings & videos, learning plan development
Facilitator-led sessions
  • in-person sessions
  • 2 conference calls (max 1 hour each)
Assignments –Self-managed team & individual ‘homework’ between sessions
Learning Plan developed in first session; Updated after each session; self-maintained on an ongoing basis
Individual or team coaching sessions
  • Recommended monthly (minimum) to continually reinforce learning and experiences
Target number of Participants: 12 (maximum of 16)

Leadership Essentials

Allow our 'Essentials' to equip your leaders with the key skills to make a difference in your organization!
Our Program is designed to:
  • help the participant develop into a well-rounded, balanced leader,
  • hone their ability to be a leader a variety of environments and situations, and
  • support the journey into leadership, through continuous learning, observation and self-illumination.
  1. Total Time commitment:  approximately 20-22 hours per participant
  2. Hands-on format includes presentation of content, group discussions, group & individual exercises (in-class) and assignments (‘homework’), take-away readings & videos, learning plan development
  3. Facilitator-led sessions – 5 sessions over a 6 week period – 16 hours
    1. 3 in-person sessions (4.5 – 5 hours each)
    2. 2 conference calls (1 hour each)
  4. Assignments – approximately 4-6 hours
    1. Self-managed team & individual ‘homework’ between sessions
  5. Learning Plan developed in first session
    1. Updated after each session; self-maintained on an ongoing basis
  6. Individual or team coaching sessions
    1. Recommended monthly (minimum) to continually reinforce learning and experiences
  7. Target number of Participants: 12 (maximum of 16)
