Utilize the SDI® tools to gain a better understanding of self and other team members.
Help team members apply this awareness so that they may choose to be more effective in relationships.
Enhance a manager’s ability to lead
Provide interaction, tips and advice in the areas of communication, conflict and emotional intelligence

OurProgram is designed to:
help the participant develop into a well-rounded, balanced leader,
hone their ability to be a leader a variety of environments and situations, and
support the journey into leadership, through continuous learning, observation and self-illumination.
Total Time commitment: approximately 20-22 hours per participant
Hands-on format includes presentation of content, group discussions, group & individual exercises (in-class) and assignments (‘homework’), take-away readings & videos, learning plan development
Facilitator-led sessions – 5 sessions over a 6 week period – 16 hours
3 in-person sessions (4.5 – 5 hours each)
2 conference calls (1 hour each)
Assignments – approximately 4-6 hours
Self-managed team & individual ‘homework’ between sessions
